You need to know: how big you want it to be, how many rooms, sqaure footage, etc. Once you have a clear vision, you begin tosketch out a blueprint: outlining the flow, size of the rooms, how its gonna look, etc. After that, you just follow your blueprint and execute the plans
That same principle comes to building an impressive physique. And from that simplistic example, you can see that.
The clearer the vision. The clearer the blueprint. The clearer the results!
You’ll need to visualize how you want your body to look like. Then you gotta draft up/develop a plan (blueprint). Then all you gotta do is go out there, put in the hardwork and make that dream into reality!
